Complimentary consultation and home staging estimate:
The initial consultation should take about one hour. We will take pictures of the home, discuss the staging budget and the needs of the client. We will give our professional recommendation for what we feel will bring in the highest sale price for the home. The home staging estimate will be created using the facts found at this initial viewing.

Furniture, art and accessory rentals:
We have all styles of furniture to compliment any style of home. We focus on the age of the home as well as the architectural design. We will choose and hang art and place accessories throughout the home that bring a beautiful feeling. This feeling will keep the potential buyer in the home for a little bit longer on their first viewing. The layers we create within the home will often bring them back for a second look or to place an offer! Our buyers often purchase the furnishings from our inventory so that they can keep the look and feeling we create.
Delivery of rentals:
We handle all aspects of the home staging including the delivery of the rentals. The delivery fee is a one-time cost which includes the removal of the staging once the home is sold. We take the utmost care when bringing the furniture into the home and always think about protecting the floors and walls throughout as we place items around the home.
1 day home staging services:
Home Staging is completed within one day. The homeowner or Realtor will ensure our entry and then leave for the decided upon number of hours for our team to install the staging. They will return to see the home’s transformation. The next step will be the Realtor’s photographs and the showings can begin. By hiring us to stage your home, you won’t need to think about a thing…just leave the decorating decisions up to us, then sit back and watch your home sell!
At the initial viewing, we will discuss any handyman work that needs to be done on the home. We offer handyman work to accompany any staging. If the home is ‘move in ready’, there will be less reasons for the potential buyer to offer lower than list price. The handyman work is generally completed on the day of staging. At the removal of the staging we will fill all of the holes in the walls created from the nail holes for the artwork. It will be ready for the buyer!
